Relaxation and short breaks in the home office
Working from home has many advantages. You are unobserved and you can change position at will. At home, too, you can work as usual in front of the computer or tablet while sitting. Looking at the screen creates a blockage in the neck / shoulder area. Doing a relaxation exercise every hour is helpful here. Two exercises that are simple in terms of motor skills and cost little time:
- close your eyes and let your head fall forward. Remain in this position for 1 minute.
- assume a straight sitting position. Cross your hands at the back of your head and press your head against your palms for about 10 seconds. Repeat this isometric exercise five times.
